У статті наведено результати експериментальних досліджень вібраційної установки для формування залізобетонних елементів інженерних мереж із використанням безінерційного привантажувача з автономним віброзбуджувачем.

The article presents the results of experimental studies of a vibration installation for forming reinforced concrete elements of engineering networks using an inertia-free loader with an autonomous vibration exciter. The studies are aimed at establishing the influence of the loader mass and the vibration exciter operating modes on the amplitude characteristics of the vibration process during the compaction of a concrete mixture in the form of a product of the KS 7-9 type. The change in horizontal amplitudes of vibrations along the height of the form, as well as the vertical amplitudes of the loader under different operating modes, was experimentally determined. It is shown that the use of a loader with an autonomous vibration exciter provides an additional vertical vibration effect on the concrete mixture, which contributes to increasing the compaction intensity and improving the conditions for forming the product. The results obtained can be used to substantiate rational design and technological parameters of vibration equipment for the production of reinforced concrete rings.
