The condition for the formation, strengthening and preservation of human health is an orientation to health-saving and health-developing activities, one of which is physical education and health. Therefore, the main task of the university is the creation of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the successful implementation in the educational process of the most important installation on the health-saving ways of human life.

Умовою формування, зміцнення та збереження здоров’я людини є орієнтація на здоров’язберігаючу та оздоровчу діяльність, однією з яких є фізичне виховання та здоров’я. Тому головним завданням університету є створення психолого-педагогічних умов для успішної реалізації в навчальному процесі найважливішої установки на здоров’язберігаючі способи життя людини.
