This article considers the features of advanced tranking radio systems. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and properties of the existing systems identified the main shortcomings and limitations of the application when operating in the different conditions. During the research priority areas identified for further development of these systems. The results of mathematical modeling of the main parameters of the base station perspective in terms of providing the multistandards.
