Motivation of freshmen of high educational establishments:psychological resource of art practice = Мотивація першокурсників вищих навчальних закладів: психологічний ресурс мистецької практики

Abstract

The problem of the use of art technique as means of enhancing the training of studying motivation of freshmen is investigated. It has been determined that art exercises make it possible to determine the reasons that change the attitudes towards youth education and, accordingly, accelerate, facilitate the adaptation process in high institutions. It is defined that the use of art techniques, as means of studying and enhancement of educational motivation, at the stage of accepting the student's role at the university. It promotes the attraction of internal resources during the adaptation to higher education; helps to understand the inner self; creates conditions for rapprochement and understanding by students of each other through the perception of created images; allows you to take a fresh look at the problems and find a way to their solution.

Досліджено проблему використання художньої техніки як засобу підвищення рівня навчання мотивації першокурсників. Визначено, що мистецькі вправи дозволяють визначити причини, що змінюють ставлення до молодіжної освіти і, відповідно, прискорюють процес сприяння адаптації у вищих навчальних закладах. Визначено, що використання мистецьких прийомів як засобів навчання та підвищення мотивації освіти на етапі прийняття ролі студента в університеті. Це сприяє залученню внутрішніх ресурсів під час адаптації до вищої освіти; допомагає зрозуміти внутрішнє "Я"; створює умови для зближення та розуміння учнями один одного через сприйняття створених образів; дозволяє по-новому поглянути на проблеми та знайти шлях до їх вирішення.
