Abstract

The given paper is dedicated to the investigation and systematization of different views on the term “transport logistics”. The transport logistics functions and their application in practice are considered by authors. The estimation of the system of transport logistics management under the conditions of European integration processes is carried out. In addition, the main directions of overcoming the current transport logistics problems are defined. The results of statistical analysis of the dynamics of the structure of exports, imports and transit of goods, as well as the overall dynamics of exports, imports and transit of goods by main modes of transport in Ukraine are presented in the paper. The necessity of the improvement of the transport complex of the country is considered to be the main strategic direction in this sphere, according to which the condition of transport communications in Ukraine must meet European integration requirements. It is proposed to find at the national level an effective way to deal with a complex problem, related to the development of the transport network and to find the appropriate financial, logistics, resource, organizational and legal software. It is recommended to develop a number of motives, instruments, methods and techniques for the development of the transport system, to motivate the interest of foreign investors in the placement of capital in Ukraine. Finally, the authors emphasized the need to secure a sustainable trend towards recognition of Ukraine by the world community as a European state, able not only establish a stable business relationship on a broad and long-term basis, but also have a major impact on the key issues of the European policy in the nearest future. Thus, it is appropriate to ensure the approved concept of the establishment and functioning of the national network of international transport corridors in Ukraine.

Даний документ присвячений дослідженню та систематизації різних поглядів на термін «транспортна логістика». Автори розглядають функції транспортної логістики та їх застосування на практиці. Здійснено оцінку системи управління транспортною логістикою в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів. Крім того, визначені основні напрями подолання поточних проблем транспортної логістики. У статті представлені результати статистичного аналізу динаміки структури експорту, імпорту та транзиту товарів, а також загальної динаміки експорту, імпорту та транзиту товарів за основними видами транспорту в Україні. Необхідність удосконалення транспортного комплексу країни вважається основним стратегічним напрямком у цій сфері, згідно з яким стан транспортних комунікацій в Україні повинен відповідати вимогам європейської інтеграції. На національному рівні пропонується знайти ефективний спосіб вирішити складну проблему, пов'язану з розвитком транспортної мережі, та знайти відповідне фінансове, логістичне, ресурсне, організаційне та правове програмне забезпечення. Рекомендується розробити низку мотивів, інструментів, методів та прийомів розвитку транспортної системи, мотивувати зацікавленість іноземних інвесторів до розміщення капіталу в Україні. Нарешті, автори підкреслили необхідність забезпечення стійкої тенденції до визнання України світовою спільнотою як європейської держави, здатної не лише налагодити стабільні ділові відносини на широкій та довгостроковій основі, але й мати великий вплив на ключові питання європейської політики найближчим часом. Таким чином, доцільно забезпечити затверджену концепцію створення та функціонування національної мережі міжнародних транспортних коридорів в Україні.
