The tourism resources management process administration in territorial communities under crisis conditions = Управління процесом управління туристичними ресурсами в територіальних громадах в умовах кризи

Abstract

The article explores the process of tourist resources management at the level of local communities. It is determined that at the present stage, in the conditions of decentralization of the rights and powers of the authorities, these are the territorial communities that will man-age resources. Since tourism is an industry that has a high competition level, it is necessary to constantly adapt the management system to the realities. The authors proposed the creation of a virtual tourist cluster, which will ensure effective administration of tourist re-sources at the community level. The main participants of the virtual tourist cluster and the organizational economic interaction mecha-nism are determined.

У статті досліджується процес управління туристичними ресурсами на рівні місцевих громад. Визначено, що на сучасному етапі, в умовах децентралізації прав і повноважень органів влади, розпоряджати ресурсами будуть саме територіальні громади. Оскільки туризм є галуззю з високим рівнем конкуренції, необхідно постійно адаптувати систему управління до реалій. Автори запропонували створити віртуальний туристичний кластер, який забезпечить ефективне адміністрування туристичних ресурсів на рівні громади. Визначено основних учасників віртуального туристичного кластеру та організаційно-економічний механізм взаємодії.
