Problems of definition of "public management" in Ukraine

Abstract

Today one of the most important tasks is to ensure the development of the state and improving the efficiency of public management at the local level. Because interconnection of effective public management and economic development of the region is the key to achieving the strategic objectives of each state, which seeks to achieve high economic and social development. The importance and magnitude of the tasks of the administrative reform, the need to improve the mechanism of legal regulation of public relations, adduction control system into line with the current state of relations between the citizen and the state requires a deep research.
